She has a diploma in Adult Education from St. Francis-Xavier University and is a dynamic, skilled and energetic professional with an endless thirst for innovation. Janet is the owner and founder of NRL Group Incorporated and is a Professional Member of the Canadian Association of Professional Speakers. Janet is based in Ottawa, Ontario.

Sylvie Rimbach is a dynamic and skilled bilingual facilitator, who is dedicated to providing clients with the highest quality training and support interventions. She is a highly motivated team player who holds a Certificate in Adult Education from St. Francis-Xavier University and has special expertise in the areas of communication skills and customer service training. Sylvie is based in Ottawa, Ontario.

Carrie Walker-Boyd is a specialist in  Customer Service, Management, and Leadership training. She is an enthusiastic facilitator and developer, who focuses on ensuring continuous learning, consistent transfer of skills to the workplace as well as performance improvement measurement.  Carrie holds a Certificate in Adult Education from St. Francis-Xavier University. Carrie is based in Ottawa, Ontario.
